Acrylic on  signboard; 25″x 30″. 1744 39th Str, Galveston, Tx.  This is a painterly painting that doubles as a sign. I build the paint up , so that it endures , being hung “outside” on the client’s business , as opposed to being shown on the wall of a gallery. Commercial art is a legitimate & worthwhile endeavor & it is my goal not only to give my customers more than they pay for ; but effective; handsome signage & graphics , that serve as works of art as well. This sign was done prior to Hurricane “Ike” in 2013 , but still looks fairly new.  I’m proud of that.
